So far I feel like the project is going really well, even if it's moving a little bit slowly. I'm excited to continue working in a series because I feel like it makes the display more effective and more noticeable. I'm worried about how long it's going to take me to do a design on both faces of each egg along with a pattern around the border of each, so hopefully this doesn't turn into too much of an at-home commitment. I need to figure out how I'm going to display these ones and make the display relate to the message I'm trying to portray and like always, I'll probably leave my display plans until very last minute. I'm going to continue using a simple, lino-cutish style of illustration because I think the stark contrast between bold shapes like these on the eggs is particularly striking. I'm excited to see how this turns out!

In class I've been spending more time working on the displays for previous pieces, so that's the picture I'm including instead of the pencil drawings I've done on the eggs so far.
